Our Sales Engineer, Christopher Skinner, caught up with Campervan Brewery following a recent purchase and installation of a NANO 3110 Nitrogen Generator; two Nitrogen Receivers; Air Compressor Package that included High Efficiency Sub-Micron Filtration & Compressed Air Dryer. Due to the intricate process of brewing, Campervan’s top priorities were the quantity of Nitrogen produced and the subsequent oxygen levels and purity!
Project Overview
Can you describe the process of designing the system with our team?
I had the opportunity to meet with Chris in person and chatted through our fundamental needs and requirements for the system. Following our meeting, a more detailed list of factors such as our current CO2 usage and pressures applied was collated to generate calculations on our payback period to design the most efficient system for our needs.
Were there any unique needs or challenges that SIA Compressors and Generators products helped fulfil?
It was vital that we achieved a purity to 99.9%!
How was the installation and implementation process?
The process was very smooth. Our system was installed over 2 days and we installed the pipework ourselves. It has been smooth sailing!
